The cottages have been converted from traditional stone barns and are equipped to very high standard. They retain a friendly cottage feel and have their own individual charm.

Roe Cottage boasts a secluded garden with views along the valley. The ground floor living area has a wood burner and patio doors leasing to the garden. The kitchen is fitted with cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Buzzards View has stupendous views over the Taw Valley. The original timber beams, floors and stone fireplace with large wood burner create unique atmosphere in this beautifully converted barn. The fitted kitchen has cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is a bathroom with a toilet; and a shower with a toilet.
